Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy protects advertisers, publishers, users, providers and the integrity of AdsMaxMedia. It applies to traffic, campaigns, content, integrations, accounts and other activity submitted to or routed through the platform.

You must not generate, purchase, route or encourage traffic that is fake, automated, misleading or intentionally manipulated. Prohibited activity includes, without limitation:

• Bots, scripts, click farms, automated engagement or fabricated users.
• Repeated self-conversions or coordinated conversion activity intended to create artificial earnings.
• Spoofed devices, locations, referrers, identities or attribution parameters used to evade eligibility or fraud controls.
• Traffic laundering, forced redirects, hidden clicks, cookie stuffing or other methods that misrepresent the true traffic source.
• Circumventing campaign caps, GEO restrictions, device restrictions, duplicate controls or provider rules.

Do not use false promises, fake endorsements, deceptive buttons, fabricated scarcity, misleading reward claims or other techniques that materially misrepresent the promoted action, product, service or expected outcome.

You must not distribute malware, phishing pages, credential-stealing content, unauthorized downloads, exploit code, malicious redirects or content designed to compromise another person, device, account or service.

Do not probe, scrape, overload or attempt to bypass platform security, access controls, rate limits, fraud systems or authentication mechanisms without written authorization.

Do not use AdsMaxMedia for content or activity that is unlawful, facilitates serious wrongdoing, infringes intellectual-property rights, or violates applicable sanctions, court orders or regulatory restrictions. Campaign-specific and provider-specific restrictions may be stricter than this policy and must also be followed.

Publishers must accurately represent material traffic sources when requested. If a campaign restricts incentives, placements, traffic types, channels, countries, devices or promotional methods, you must comply with those restrictions.

Advertisers must use functional destinations, accurate campaign descriptions and lawful products or services. Landing pages must not intentionally conceal material terms or change into prohibited content after approval.

Do not create or control additional accounts to evade a suspension, compliance review, payout hold, funding rule, campaign restriction or other enforcement action. Related accounts may be reviewed together where there is evidence of common control or coordinated abuse.

AdsMaxMedia may use automated signals, provider feedback and manual review to investigate activity. We may reject events, pause traffic, hold settlement, request evidence, disable campaigns, restrict features, suspend accounts or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce this policy.
