The rules that govern access to AdsMaxMedia, publisher monetization, advertiser activity, tracking and settlement.
By accessing AdsMaxMedia or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced by them. If you use the platform for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate. We may request additional verification before activating, paying, funding, or continuing an account.
AdsMaxMedia provides performance monetization, campaign distribution, tracking, reporting, traffic-quality controls and related tools. Availability of a specific network, offer, campaign, format, country, payout, price or feature may change over time and may depend on account eligibility.
Publishers and traffic owners must send lawful, genuine and permitted traffic. Traffic must comply with campaign restrictions, provider rules and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not falsify clicks, conversions, identities, devices, locations, referrals or engagement.
We may reject, hold, reverse or investigate activity where tracking, provider feedback, fraud signals, campaign rules or other evidence indicates that the activity is invalid, duplicated, manipulated or otherwise ineligible.
Advertisers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of campaign materials, destinations, claims, targeting instructions and promoted products or services. Advertisers must maintain sufficient funding where pre-funding applies and must not use AdsMaxMedia to distribute unlawful, deceptive, malicious or prohibited content.
Platform tracking records, validated provider callbacks and applicable campaign rules are used to determine attribution and reportable performance. Dashboard statistics may be delayed, normalized or adjusted while events are validated. Estimated or provisional values are not a promise of final settlement.
Eligible publisher earnings are based on validated conversions and the applicable commercial terms for the network account, campaign or monetization source. Payment availability, minimums, timing and methods may depend on account status, verification, currency, provider settlement and risk review.
Advertiser deposits or balances are applied according to the applicable funding and campaign rules. Confirmed fraud, duplicate activity, provider reversal, advertiser dispute or other invalid activity may result in a reversal, chargeback or balance adjustment. Historical ledger entries may be preserved for audit purposes even when an offsetting adjustment is made.
You are responsible for taxes, duties and reporting obligations that apply to you. Currency conversion, payment-provider charges, banking fees or other disclosed transaction costs may affect the final amount received or credited.
We may limit, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, advertisers, publishers, providers or the platform; to investigate suspected abuse; to comply with law; or to enforce these Terms and related policies. Where appropriate, we may request information before restoring access.
AdsMaxMedia and its platform software, interface, branding and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of AdsMaxMedia technology or third-party campaign materials to you.
We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular volume of offers or traffic, a fixed conversion rate, a fixed payout, or a particular business result. Third-party providers and advertisers may impose their own availability and eligibility conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdsMaxMedia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business opportunities arising from use of the platform. Any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms as the platform, regulations or commercial relationships change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
